E-commerce Website Development
An online store built around your catalog, pricing rules and fulfillment flow.
01Overview
Businesses that want a sales channel of their own, beyond the big marketplaces, soon outgrow off-the-shelf store builders: B2B buyers need tiered pricing, distributors need quotes and credit terms, memberships must link to physical stores, and orders and stock must sync with ERP and warehouse systems.
A custom store encodes those rules in software instead of leaving staff to copy data between back offices. We model products, pricing, promotions, order states and after-sales first, then decide what to build and what to reuse.
We integrate WeChat Pay and Alipay across desktop, mobile web and mini-programs, connect ERP, WMS and e-invoicing, and make payment callbacks and stock updates idempotent and reconcilable.
02Who it is for
Brands building a direct channel
Already selling on marketplaces and want their own store to own customer and repeat-purchase data.
B2B wholesale and distribution
Tiered prices, minimum quantities, credit terms and quote-approve-order flows that standard stores cannot handle.
Omnichannel retailers
Shared membership, points and coupons across stores and online, with click-and-collect and store stock lookup.
Unusual sales models
Pre-orders, made-to-order goods, subscriptions or group buying that need custom ordering and fulfillment logic.
03Core modules
Products and SKUs
Multi-variant SKUs, bundles, virtual goods and custom attributes, bulk import/export and per-channel pricing.
Membership tiers
Registration, tiers, points and stored value, with tier-specific prices and shared records with physical stores.
Promotions
Coupons, spend thresholds, flash sales, group buys and gifts, with stacking and exclusion rules.
B2B quotes and credit
Quote requests, customer-specific pricing, approval workflows, credit terms and bank-transfer confirmation.
WeChat Pay and Alipay
QR, mobile web, JSAPI and mini-program payments, with callbacks, refunds, split payments and daily reconciliation.
Orders and after-sales
Order splitting and merging, shipping, tracking, returns and refunds with configurable states and alerts.
ERP and WMS integration
Sync products, stock and orders with ERP and warehouse systems such as Kingdee, Yonyou or Jushuitan.
Reporting
Revenue, orders, basket size, sell-through and repeat purchase, filterable by channel, period and store.

07What drives the quote
Every scope differs; we quote once we understand the requirements.
Sales model complexity
Plain B2C checkout is simpler; quotes, approvals, credit and multi-level distribution add significant work.
Promotion and membership rules
More promotion types and stacking rules mean more build and test effort.
External systems
Each ERP, WMS, CRM or e-invoicing integration needs its own development and testing.
Number of front ends
Desktop, mobile web, mini-program and app each add scope.
08FAQ
Why not use a hosted store builder?
If your rules are standard, a hosted builder is quicker and cheaper. Custom makes sense when B2B pricing, complex promotions or deep ERP sync become bottlenecks.
What is needed for WeChat Pay and Alipay?
A business license, corporate bank account and merchant accounts on both platforms, plus an ICP-filed domain. We handle certificates, callbacks and testing.
Can you integrate with our existing ERP?
Most ERPs expose APIs. We review the documentation and agree on sync direction and frequency; without an API we can use a staging database or file exchange.
Who owns the code and data?
The code is handed over on acceptance and payment. Order and customer data is always yours and lives on your own cloud servers.
